ABOUT Jennifer 

My life has always been about health, fitness and helping others. 

At a very young age, my heart led me to a sport that would help foster all of these desires. Gymnastics! In my decades as a competitor and as a coach, I've learned that the key elements involved in long term success are:

Loving What You Do,

Setting Goals, Staying Focused, Eating Well, and Having A Strong Support System!

As a young adult,  I followed my passion and became a fitness competitor. I implemented the lessons that I had learned through the sport of gymnastics and became very successful.

 

As a competitive gymnastics coach, personal trainer and a mother of two growing boys, I'm continually inspired to expand my knowledge.

Besides holding a B.A. in Child Development from C.S.U.L.A., I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist , as well as a Certified Mental Trainer.  

 

Along with a very athletic life, I've had my share of injuries! The biggest challenge with having injuries, is not having the freedom to exercise however I'd like, whenever I'd like! Injuries make exercising inconsistent! Because of this, I pay very close attention to form and safety.  I've learned to listen to my body and to always place technique over pride.

 

I want my clients to have a space to feel free to ask questions and to rest when and if they need to! I want my clients to have one thing in common...FEELING GREAT!!! My program is about FEELING GREAT, but also CHALLENGED, during and after each workout!

My fitness classes will focus on heart, muscle, and bone strength. Each class will incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility training through HIIT, weight lifting, circuit training and active and static stretching.

 

My main goal as a personal trainer is to help people improve their lives. It brings me joy when I am able to make someone's day a little bit brighter! It's even more rewarding when I am able to inspire others to take the steps needed to improve their overall health, longevity, and quality of life!!!
